Last Lecture of a Dying Man
What he said about in persuing our dreams and goals, we may not achieve our goal exactly but what we gain is experience.
"If someone ride on you, that means he cares"
More importantly the last statement he made about how the dreams will come to him if he live his life "properly".
Lets listen to him... (12 minutes version in Oprah show)
Original full 1 hr 16 min version in Melon University.
Live life the fullest!

Valentine Day success?
Talking about successful... It doesn't mean have to be something very big...
I went to our clubhouse 'supposely' to help out my friends in setting up the valentine's day dinner event and of course supporting their event by patronising them too.
Even though the people turned out is not fantastic, but I would give these event an "A" because it's a grade "A" experience at the end of the day.
Every dishes presented on my table was a pleasent surprise...
From the "transforming" of normal table to a nice setting, the delicious soup, the nicely decorated chicken chop, the red wine, the rose petals on the table, the chocolate, the photo taking and the rose for the lady as well...
All of these were done with lots of kind and lovely thought...
It was a "wow" after another "wow" in my heart... (Life is full of pleasent surprises when you were least expected)
I won't compare it with fine dining or any other franchise restaurant that was very commercialized, or those trying to 'capitalized' on valentine's day to charge extra.
Those commercialized outlets cannot be compared to this dinner I had. The dinner was served with heart and soul by the people who take pride in what they are doing. Furthermore, it cost you a little but having you in mind to make it a great experience for you.
That is something you won't not get in a typical restaurant.
I still remember Mother Theresa said something like this... "it's not doing the great things but doing the small thing with great love".
Yes, this valentine day dinner is this special "small thing".
Yes, this is a "success" for Valentine's Day for the organiser and the patron.

ps: For those who were invited but could not make it... Too bad, they don't know what they were missing ;-)

Achieving GOAL
The very first video mentioned the importance of having SUCCESSFUL Business Mindset.
The first speaker is the top 25 richest person in USA. He is Bill Bartmann.
In his presentation, he spent significant effort and time mentioning the importance of having Self-Esteem. I hope I can recite the essence of his explaination soon.
Bill was total "failure" by the eye of general public but now he is top 25 richest man in USA.
In his presentation, he brings in a very beautiful concept about achiving GOAL.
He told the audience not to put it as "GOAL" but replace the word with "PROMISE".
The idea is when people think about GOAL, it must be something far or probably not achieveable. Probably, it allows an "option" not to achieve the GOAL.
How about replace the world with "PROMISE"?
In general, people will keep to the "PROMISE" but not "GOAL" because it's a "PROMISE"!!
The very minimal, keep the promise to myself.
Here are the basic steps to achieve any GOAL (PROMISE)
1. Make sure it is your GOAL.
2. Don't call it A goal, call it a "PROMISE"
3. Clearly identify your "PRMOISE" (clariy leads to power)
4. Identify your personal motivator (can be your screaming mother in law...)
5. Create a "PROMISE PLAN"
6. Review your plan regularly
7. Tell yourself that you will succeed
8. Tell others of your "PROMISE"
9. Envision the results (is this related to the "BEING" I mentioned in previous post?)
Hey, I have achieved my "PROMISE" of posting this on the blog.
Hi-5 for me!.. :-)
Til we meet again...
success breeds success!
The "BEING"
Most of them emphasis the importance of "BEING".
To my simple understanding the "BEING" means being the kind of person you vision to be when you are successful. It's more like a "state" in mind then the action or doing.
Robert Kiyosaki mentioned in his Rich Dad series book on Be-Do-Have.
Does that mean "Be" the kind of successful person you wish? Followed by DOing the necessary things and habit that "person" will do when he is succesful. Eventually, you will HAVE the things that successful perosn will HAVE.
There is another saying on SUCCESS is a HABIT. So "BEING" also means having the HABIT of successful person?
Similarly, the video "The Secret" also mentions that "BEing" is important.
Even "The Greatest Network Marketer" by John M Ford also mentioned that that person fully experienced the state of "BEing" and his results start to show with ease and EFFORTLESSLY...
Eventually, this person becomes the next Greatest Network Marketer.
That's my understanding about "BEING"
I hope my understanding is right.
Is there any other intepretation about "BEING"???
I hope I can give you all more clarity soon..

Success Breeds Success
As the saying "Success Breeds Success", one way to get Success Tree to add more value is to collect all the success of every individual. There is no success that is too small to be mentioned.
The best way is to walking the talk.... my success is waking up early in the morning...
I guess another way to add value is to post artichle what I have read so other people will see them also.
Ya, almost forget to mentioned is after the Life Directions training, my Mission is to "connect, touch, serve each individual so that they can have more JOY in their life"
This blends well with Success Tree.. :-)
